Focus groups are
primarily a listening exercise. They present a unique opportunity for
you to hear first hand, from a sampling of the population, the
specific segments of your case that are effective and those that are
not.
In pre-trial
preparation, it’s not whether you are right or wrong that matters - it
is why you are right or wrong. Feedback from focus group
participants allows you to isolate specific variables in your case
that are effective - allowing you to focus your strategy on those
themes.
Mock trials
are an invaluable tool in pre-trial preparation. We set up single
and dual deliberation rooms. All is recorded on various media of your
choice. External monitors are set up in adjacent rooms for viewing.
